Bedrok™ for LP12 is the first-ever, plinth performance upgrade from Linn. Formed of orthogonal layers of beech placed under extreme pressure and heat to create an entirely new, solid and massive material, this engineered, ultra-dense wood has negligible resonance and superior acoustic isolation.

The LP12 plinth affects everything. Everything is mounted to it, and every component depends on its stability, mass, and resonance characteristics. With more than double the density of a standard LP12 plinth, Bedrok™ is uniformly solid, heavy, and ultra-low resonance.

Bedrok™ technology makes each component the plinth houses perform better. It’s an holistic upgrade which improves every aspect of your LP12 – more pace, tighter bass, greater insight, and greater enjoyment!

Join us for this special event and discover three incredible, new Linn products!

119 and 150 are modern, high-performance compact speakers that set a new standard for passive speaker options in their price range. They are elegant, conspicuously refined and huge fun! You’ll find them entertaining and neutral – no matter what music we play on the day.

We will also be showcasing the 150 speakers with their new upgraded stands!

These speakers will be hooked up to the newly refined Selekt DSM: Classic Hub – The Modern Classic. This updated version enhances the overall quality of the Selekt DSM lineup while maintaining the cartridge-based modularity and compatibility of its predecessor, which you can experience fully loaded at Basil.

Also on demonstration will be a Linn LP12 Selekt.

Together these products will form a Selekt System that offers huge upgrade potential, starting with simple passive setups, and going all the way up to Linn’s flagship Exakt technology - all from just a single Selekt DSM unit plus a pair of 119 or 150 loudspeakers.
